Yup, u r right izna, but some type of phone cant use OTA service, n u must using those setting, apalagi kadang ada hp yg susah dpt balasan...

For Symbian phone. Maybe u can download "setting wizard".
But i think "setting wizard" juz installed for symbian phone.

This app. is for setting ur gprs, MMS ...

tp cara setting XL lewat sms susah bnget connect nya..., kta hrus call ke operator dlu bru bisa aktif GPRS nya, tp kalau setting manual langsung connect
