by hi dear forum staffs,
I have some words which I want to say...our forum have a rank named star of the week.that user who will post highst than others..he/she will get the rank & then will become special member..bt my question what type of post 1 member should post?unnecessary & unusual post Just for increasing post number?
I would like to request dear forunder that please check introduction section..one of ur new forum moderator lock all the old topic as I pm him..he questioned me that why u want to lock after replying them all..I want to say that moderator..bro,u did the same thing last week..so if u can then why don't I?
Check introduction section..one of ur moderator lock above 50topics after writing a single word locked.I want to know is it necessary to write that word before lock an intro topic?I personally admin+moderator in more than 10 mig33 related forum and hope Judge bro know me well,so i have plenty of moderation knowledge..
Now my question is if a moderator increases his post more than 100 only by writing locked than how can we normal users become top posters?
The moderator did the same thing in tips&trick sec and after happy make a complain he unlock them again..same thing happened in every mig33 related section..please check..
This is a forum..not a chatroom..so there are some posting rules..if any1 increases his post number by unusual post then those post should be deleted..
if a forum moderator give 3 reply in 1 intro topic & make 200+ post in a single day only by writing "topic locked" & "how are you" & "keep posting" in introduction section then we can never become top poster...
I have also post a alot in this week tried to increase my post by this way bt sorry..I have some knowledge about forum & forum manners so I can't spam the forum as 1 of forum moderator are doing..I tried to be a top poster but not by this way & can't become a top poster if this things going on...I become really very dissapointed & I stopped posting from now...

Im sorry about this,i will fix it soon, please forgive our new moderators,they are new with those ranking,they dunt knw what to do,but we are family here,lets dunt hate each other, nothing perfect person there and experience is the best teacher, shunno bro dunt stop to posts on this forum,we needs ur ideas, and for new moderators dunt be upset, we need a critism so we wouldn't fall in the same hole, lets start a new life, happy miging...

hai all i find many complain,critics,surprising thing,bad habit,be top poster obsesion whatever is named
well,i just explained to us
rite if we have rank for star of the week which given to be members who have big of post count and finally he/she will be special member later
and posibility to get or recruit as forum's staff
but we also observe them who is deserve to get this rank
i already give suggestion to founder for give it to deserve one
not only from count of post but the quality of post
if i not wrong 1 month ago i write those suggestion

<u><b>secondly</b></u>, i found sang_garuda was not spamming before he got his moderator rank, futhermore he is not only answer a posts but also posting many topic that very useful for us.
<u><b>Thirdly</b></u>, im not only recruiting a new staff from special rank but also considering his/her anthusiastic and capability,as i know sang_garuda is new with this job and im sure he never get this rank from the other forum coz this is his first day as moderator,he is a newbie on moderating,if he was doing one mistake we should guide him not judged him in every topics on this forum.

Yea bro ricker,u r right, and now i create new feature like 'WARNING' points, moderators can fill this points on user's profile, if it reach certain points,administrators will ban those member, but u must give the reasons why he/she get 'WARNING' points on his/her profile.
